Please I was having, pain like cramps below my tummy and it came with pressure and intense pain, and this lasted for about 5 minutes then it will stop for like a minute and will continue again. So this all started when I had a little walk that evening I believe that is what triggered it. But I don't know if I made a mistake in not going to the hospital because one mind was telling me that my labor has started and another mind was telling me that it has not. This whole thing lasted for like 30 minutes. Before I lie down and the pain gradually reduced till it finally stopped I'm at 39 weeks pregnant
