20年間で引っ越し９回。引っ越すたびに何故か高確率で騒音被害のババを引く人生を歩んでいる者ですが、上階は上階でも私は「上から2番目の階」は避けるようになりました。それは「最上階の住人は上階からの生活音を知らない」ことに気づいたからです。

鉄筋コンクリートで角部屋で隣が階段だから隣人の騒音は大丈夫だけど、上の階の足音が案外響くから嫌だ、、耳栓しないと寝れない

大変ですね. ワシは木工塗装の勉強で静岡に2年半にアパート1Fに住んだけど 小売店のアホガキに1ヶ月給料8万円にビックリ タイムセール命になりました 静岡卵1バック10円で買える アパート暮らし初めてで 目覚ましで両隣 上の方にドンドンされる ゴミ捨てに行って隣の人に朝うるさいんですけどと言われたので目覚ましうるさいのあたりまえですよ言った次の日大家に目覚ましい以外のない話をされ ２度目ないですと言われた 怖 引越しの挨拶の時夕オル米5kg渡して損した

After cleaning the walls yesterday I’m sure you had a feeling that today; day 21/30 of our Spring Cleaning Spree, we would be taking care of our baseboards, trim, and doors! And, you were right! Once again, most of the tools you’ll need for today are ones we’ve already been using during the Spree. Having a soft-bristle brush attachment for your vacuum will be a huge help in that first sweep across, so that you can trust any dust that has built up over time. I love my Hoover ONEPWR Emerge Pet for this, because it’s cordless and converts to a handheld vac with multiple attachments. I can easyily reach from the top of the doors to the bottom baseboards without straining my back. I know white trim has become very popular in the last decade, and if you’re finding marks or scuffs to be stubborn I like to use a melamine sponge. If they are really dirty and I will jump up to Zeps foaming wall cleaner. Make sure to always spot test, though, because I’d never want you to accidentally remove any of the finish. If you have a natural wood grain, Murphys Oil Soap cleanser can clean and revive while giving the wood some of its natural shine back. To make sure the consistency is right, the bottle usually will let you know how to dilute the cleanser for the best effect so you don’t have problems with build up. Whoo!
