It is possible to get it day of but you may have to get a later bus or have fewer options. 2. Head to Busta Shinjuku on Google maps, follow signs to Shinjuku Expressway Bus. You’ll go up an escalator til the 4th floor. 3. Check the boards for the station platform. 4. Hope for the left side (will be assigned automatically) so you can take in the best views.
