Athar Ali :
There is a deep wish in my heart that I have carried for years. I pray that one day God grants me the opportunity to visit Kakol Academy, the prestigious home of the Pakistan Military Academy, with honor and dignity. Even as a private employee, I would feel immensely grateful to any officer who allows me to step inside that institution, especially if there is even the slightest chance to experience it in uniform. For me, that would not just be a visit, it would be the fulfillment of a lifelong dream.
I hold immense respect and trust for the armed forces of Pakistan, the Army, Air Force, and Navy. Among all institutions, they stand out to me as symbols of discipline, sacrifice, and integrity. Since my youth, it was my sincere ambition to join the Pakistan Army, particularly the infantry. I appeared for the 109 PMA Long Course but was not recommended in my first attempt. I had another chance, but at that time, I made the wrong decision and did not apply again. That remains one of my biggest regrets.
Despite this, my connection with the spirit of the army has never faded. Whenever I watch Pakistan Army videos or dramas, I feel a surge of energy within me. It is as if new life flows through my body, filling me with passion, pride, and a sense of purpose. Even though I could not become a part of it formally, I have learned a great deal from my brief time in army coaching and from observing the values and discipline portrayed in military life.
Today, I stand as a civilian, but my heart still beats with admiration and respect for the armed forces. This dream may seem distant now, but the desire remains alive within me. If I am ever given the chance to witness Kakol Academy from within, it would be an honor beyond words, a moment I would cherish for the rest of my life.
