Самое интересное что там вместе с ними тусуются и обычные голуби.

Emu attack! He got me again, this is actually right after the video I posted a few days ago where he got my arm. Thankfully not bad at all, didn’t bleed or leave a mark since I moved with the kick, but when he’s protecting the eggs he’s on a totally different level, super saiyan emu god mode! His aggression is SO MUCH higher, it’s like dealing with a totally different bird than how he normally acts, there’s no chance of stopping him with one hand like I normally do, I have to use both hands and be into a squat almost because he will clothesline himself with his momentum and his legs kick out farther than normal. It’s honestly insane and completely different than his normal aggression. Thankfully not bad because of how my stance is and how I move with the hits(thanks martial arts training 🙏). To take that hit directly on without moving with it would cause serious injury. Emus can weigh 90–130 lb and have extremely powerful hindlimb musculature, adapted for sprinting and kicking. They have three forward-facing toes, one with a sharp claw capable of deep lacerations. Their Kicks are often forward and downward, concentrating force on a small area. An emu kick delivers enough force to break bones, cause serious internal injury, and produce penetrating wounds from the claw rather than blunt force alone. People have had their arms broken and huge gashes inflicted by emu kicks, it’s absolutely not a joke. But he’s only being a good protector, I love him!!!! Why do we we collect emu eggs intentionally. Between just two females, we could produce dozens of chicks, which we do not have the space or resources to support long-term. Florida already has an emu overpopulation problem, with many birds needing homes. As a sanctuary, our mission is to care for animals that already need placement—not to breed more or increase our food and care burden unnecessarily. Responsible animal management means preventing overpopulation, not contributing to it. #Emu #Animals #AnimalAttack
