I think the reason is 16 is the first pyro archon is xblanque but after he died the pyro archon has been pass many time before reaching mauvika and when they are defeated by someone the pyro archon will be pass to the winner just like how mauvika have earn the title of pyro archon because she have make the biggest flame by using their vision also mauvika reincarnated once she had a little sister and her vision was dendro but after making a deal with ronova she reincarnated to save natlan but capitano step in and he take the place where she was supposed to die(also I was playing umamusume and then I saw xblanque incarnation)
