Does the black impact flares run tighter? I’m a small in the impact shorts, but the small impact black leggings were too tight on my calves so I’m not sure if I should go with S or M 😅

hi queen so i wear the vision leggings size small & regular (5’1 27 waist 132lbs) because the short was way to short and the regular are still even a little bit to long where without shoes they drag but with platforms they looks good : what size do u recommend for me in impact flares?
