Cant hold him and tell him not to get in the vehicle cause technically this isn't a lawful stop.. All that cop had the authority to do was say the hotel wants you to leave.. Nothing more..

And with the trespassing due, technically, you cannot be charged with trespassing until you are formally trespassed from a property so with that being said technically by law book, he did not break any trespassing laws that just shows the officer was being a petty child and not allowing him to leave like he was trying to do, but again at the end of the day, unless you were told to leave the property or have been formally trespassed from the property, there's no way to be charged with trespassing unless you refuse to leave which he clearly did not

Trespassing must be asked to leave at one or 2 times and must have chance to leave the property, that’s the law, officers feeling so sad ,,
