I was told to basically gaslight our customers. when we ask "would you like this, Mike's Way?" and they say "no", we have to guide them in the Way of Mike. "Any O, L, or T?" and so on and so forth, and they all say no, we have to automatically assume they want it plain. same thing with the Mayo/Bacon for the Clubs. we have to automatically assume they want it on there, or nothing at all. so we either have to retrain our customers or gaslight them into it. either way, still weird.
