شرح بالعربي من اللي فهمته : بالعاده تحط زيت فيه سيلكون على اطراف الشعر قبل غسل شعرها ، ذي المره بللت شعرها بمويه وحطت كمية كبيرة من البلسم اللي فيه سيلكون من نص شعرها للاطراف بعدها غسلت جذور شعرها بشامبو فيه سلفات مرتين رغوة الشامبو حتنظف الاطراف بدون فرك ، وبعدها حطت بلسم مره ثانية على الاطراف وتركته دقيقة وغسلته لاحظت شعرها فلفي وطري وانعم من حركة الزيت ، غيرو انواع البلسم ثقيل او خفيف والشامبو حسب طبيعة شعرك وتقبله للمنتجات مو لازم تلتزمو بنفس اللي استخدمته ، رايي الشخصي احب الزيت لاطراف شعري اكثر 🙏🏻
