Idk about the "where is my hand?" thing but i remember that I kept feeling like my hands were turned around 180° as if my palms were facing upwards while they were actually facing downward. Is that also a sign of me being in the meditative state?

When I meditate, whether it's to shift or just before for a lucid dream, I always have the feeling of floating and having my limbs twisted around. I get a terrible headache like a migraine in my temples even when I'm just breathing. Is this a sign or am I trying too hard? I'm not in a hurry to shift lol, but it's annoying to have a headache if it doesn't mean anything 😔
