The "super water of the gods" or "ultra divine water" or whatever is probably my least favorite plot point of the manga series. The anime makes it somewhat better by having Goku and Yajirobe go on a quest to go get it in this ice cavern or something.

idk if anyones already said this but a fun fact about Yajirobe is that Toriyama felt bad for Krillins vpice actress in the anime, since Krillin's absent from this arc, so he created Yajirobe, so she could voice him instead.

English dub says Yajiro-bee but Yajiro-bay is technically the right pronunciation, except you don't really say the "y", so Yajiro-beh

Your first attempt at pronouncing Yajirobe is more correct. I think even dub actors pronounce it like Yajəroby though so it's no big deal.

Oh man my jaw dropped when Piccolo killed Shenron. Like so many other parts of this arc, it never occurred to me that was even a risk to consider. Dragon Ball has a lot of nasty villains, but Piccolo was truly the first to be the monster he promised he was. I’m excited to see you continue!! (Yajirobee and Yajirobay are both fair use btw! Bay is the JPN pronunciation and Bee is the ENG pronunciation)
