My partner pointed that out for me. Helped me work on it, it was tough for her because she had to be careful of what she says, if she missed my calls or took time to respond to my texts, she’d be stressed and frustrated of how I’d react yoooh!.. She walked on eggshells man, I hated that, and to think that it was my own doing, I knew I had to work on myself to be a better partner, and I’m grateful that she gave me the support and reassured me. I’m becoming a more of a better human being because of her.

My ex used to tell me things like "he forgot to call me,it skipped his mind, he was busy, he slept off....and this was everyday of our lives....I screwed up the r/ship..... that was after he was pursuing someone else while I was there. he asked for forgiveness, I let him back into my life but it was hard for me to trust again, so I stressed him out since I required 100% honesty, I checked his phone anytime I wanted to... I even stopped respecting him, I began insulting him nonstop.... he eventually left me.... never said a word... my nervous system went into shock for almost 2 weeks cause I couldn't believe what I was seeing.... I'm getting better by the day.... 6-7 years gone
