Williams, a prostate cancer survivor, was shoved onto the tracks on March 8th and succumbed to his injuries on March 17th. ​The suspect, 34-year-old Bairon Hernandez, is a Honduran national with 15 prior arrests and four previous deportations. Following the veteran's death, charges have been upgraded to murder.
