Some more Tips: Don’t raise your hands while Applying the tape it will cause uneven/ painful results. Don’t stretch the tape at the edges, but you can pull on it a bit in the middle part, place it down little by little. You can use a 4th strip on top of the tape that’s on your skin to pull a little more but use same methods of application no tension on edges only mid part and try to stick that 4th strip on the existing tape only (not on the skin) You can make nip covers with the same tape by using a piece of toilet paper on the tape. Use ALOT of Oil to remove the tape. I start by dousing it with oil letting it sit for a little then jumping in the shower using warm water to slowley peel off and using more oil as I’m peeling it (i use cheap baby oil) Whenever it’s itchy I pat it a bit insted of scratching since the scratching will tear up ur skin under the tape. This application lasted me a week I shower 2/3 times a day & workout every other day I air dry only and it held up really well. Prep the skin before application I trim any hair in the area so it doesn’t get pulled, then shower and clean the skin well, don’t apply lotion as the tape won’t stick to that well Taping is for anyone who wants to try it you don’t have to be trans/nonbinary/any other label to use tape Apply the tape slightly at an angle that is sloping down and back Take your time, ask for help if needed 🫶 it’s ok to not have good results the first times practice creates better results #trans #queer #lgbtq #transtape
