I used to work housekeeping and the thing about it is you gotta be okay with getting paid very little. If they paid more yes but logically 15 rooms in an 8 hour shift is just not possible depending on how dirty people left the room.

you are absolutely right I am a housekeeper and supervisor it is not for the week and I've had the same experiences you hire somebody they either don't show up or they last one or two days and they are done lol

I’m lucky to not do rooms cause I’m a supervisor but I never let my housekeepers have more than 15 rooms a day, I’ll take a list to make the workload lighter for them cause they’re the ones who do rooms everyday, not me and it’s not fair to have 20 rooms back to back for weeks. I’ve been there and it’s exhausting

It definitely is not I been in hotel field now for 27 years and counting. I have seen a lot of housekeepers come and go. Good workers are hard to find now a days
