u had same issues. same problem trying to re program ecm. ended up unplugging a connector in driver side fender liner that ran to the abs, trailer brake control moduals. truck ran like it did before the issues. and further diagnostic lead to modual on the line being fried.

industrial plant engineer. typically if all the connections are clean and tight and the behaviour is off the wall then it's a circuit board that's failing

I’ve got a 2013 LML, cp3 swap completed properly, fass system installed, new relief valve on the rail, proper tuning for the cp3 swap, only builds 130 rail psi while cranking. Help lol
