Gov. states (9000 per point) which consist of box pipe and wire. you said u are paying 6000 per point, we know how that works he accepted. He as box n pipe that’s 2 out of 3 stage (6000 divided by 3 = 2000 per stage). Therefore box and pipe is 4000, from my understanding he did 57 point so that should be 4000*57=228,000 leaving a 2000*57=114,000 for wiring. Which a total is 342,000. Most electrician include fixtures installation in the point I don’t that stage exclude from the point but still researching that so won’t get into that. However giving a man 8000 for digging box n piping is underpayment. And please don’t compare what the eastern of the country charge from the western once it’s not over what the gov state to charge cause cost of living in both side are not the same

so then if you are paying $6000 per points his calculations would be correct, each points is a box and he calculated the amount of box that he put in add them together and he got 57 points and then multiply by the 6000 which you agreed to pay, then he gets $ 342,000 then add the 30,000 for the panel box and get a total of $ 372,000, he can win you in court mi boss, you say you are paying 5 or 6 gran a points, am not an electrician but that's how they normally charge, but it always includes the wiring when the building is finished , so in this case you pay a percentage until the job is finished,

If a $6000 per point him a charge, and it come up to $372,000. Him can’t expect to collect everything at the end of the 1st phase of the work. Is 3 phase to the job. 1. Box and pipe. 2. Wiring. 3. Fixtures and commission.
