this made me emotional 😭 those early weeks go by so fast but also feel so intense… I remember feeling grateful but my body felt so off—bloated, exhausted, skin acting up and just not like myself yet. it was overwhelming. I thought I just needed time but nothing helped. then in a moms group someone mentioned Eat Like A Woman Protocol by Loren Green and I got curious. I followed it and everything shifted—28 lbs down, digestion calm, energy back. feels like something more ppl should know.
