The saline spray is amazing, if you run out and you want to clean them again, just step in the shower and let the warm water run on them. They take a while to heal, and each time you snag them you’ll feel like you reset your healing timeline but you’ll be fine as long as you keep them clean. And don’t pick any crusties out! If you see any, shower!

I cleaned twice a day for 6 months the other 6 months I cleaned once a day and then left it alone. You’ll get crusties here and there but that’s normal just clean with saline and a qtip
