I can relate to this thru trauma therapy especially when u change real fast you can forget how much you have changed but also get stuck on it not happening fast enough and it feels overwhelming and drowning

i relate to this so much i wanted to give up because life kept trying to trip me up as I started to piece back together after ny partnet passed.But I reminded myself what the end goal is and keep going because my partner would want me to keep living.
