I had problem with Saks in St. Louis, Missouri. The guy refused to wait on me because he was on his phone. Then he proceed to argue with me when I told the other salesperson. He walked up to me trying intimidate me. I reported him to the female manager. She told me that she would take care of it. I told her to run the tape because I knew he was going to lie. I also told her that I was a former employee of one tv stations in St. Louis. The manager said that she would take care of the situation. I went back two weeks later. The guys was still running around store being arrogant. I immediately found the manager and she laughed and said he still here. Saks Fifth Avenue has discrimination problem!!!
