Many Beverly Hills neighborhood roads are narrow. They are also windy hillside roads. Tall hedges and fences cut down on sight lines. Which might make his fence extremely unsafe for area drivers. Also fire hazard is high in these areas already due to the extreme amount of privacy foliage. This fence would be tall flames if a natural disaster occurred.
