🥒 AIRFRIED SALMON + CUCUMBER PROTEIN SALAD If you want an easy healthy, high protein lunch or dinner that actually fills you up and tastes amazing, you’ve got to make this. It’s simple. It’s fresh. Add both to the bowl. 4️⃣ I dressed this up with a mix of 2 tbsp Greek yogurt, 2 tbsp avocado mayo, 1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard, the zest of 1 lemon, and the juice of half a lemon to start. 5️⃣ When the salmon is done, flake it up, add it to the rest of the stuff in the bowl, season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes, toss it up, and adjust lemon or salt as needed.
