@themodernnonna: My Weight Loss & Detox Cabbage Roll Soup 🍜 I have this for lunch daily & it’s packed with FIBRE & protein 🍜 ⬇️ follow me and save/share this video ♥️ Ingredients: 1/2 tablespoon olive oil 450 grams lean ground turkey 2 onions, finely diced 3 small carrots, finely diced 5 garlic cloves, minced salt, to taste (taste and adjust) 2 tablespoons tomato paste 1/2 cup jasmine rice, rinsed 4.5 cups chopped green cabbage 5 cups unsalted broth 5 cups water big handful chopped dill Instructions: 1. Start by heating the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the ground turkey and cook for about 8–10 minutes, breaking it up as it cooks, until fully cooked through. 2. Next, add the onions and carrots and sauté for a few minutes until softened and translucent. Stir in the garlic and cook just until fragrant. 3. Now, add the salt and the tomato paste and cook for 1–2 minutes, stirring, until it deepens in color. 4. Next, add the rinsed rice, and stir followed by the chopped cabbage, broth, and water. Stir well and bring to a boil. 5. Once boiling, reduce to a gentle simmer and cook uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the cabbage is soft. 6. Finish with a big handful of fresh dill, give it a final stir, and taste to adjust the salt if needed. A fresh squeeze of lemon juice will brighten it up. 7. Lastly, you can top it with a scoop of yogurt or sour cream if you wish! Serve warm and enjoy. #cabbagesoup #weightlosssoup

I recently lost a bunch of weight. everyone keeps asking me how. I started eating only whole foods and the easiest way was soup. healthy ingredients in broth can't be bad lol. just leave the rice out add more veg and protein.
