@passiveonpurpose: Why did I choose to do this? Because no one is safe any more. Companies are actively trying to replace you. They are trying to save costs wherever they can. They need to stay ahead of the competition and that means focussing on profitability... not headcount. Safety is an additional income stream. Safety is doing something that you can control.
