@blue3erry.ies: ⋆.ೃ࿔*:･lemon and poppyseed bagels 🍋🥯🌸⭐️💗asmr baking… with no music 🫣🫧 Recipe: •500g bread flour •300ml warm water •7g of yeast •1 large lemons or 2 small lemon zests •the juice of the lemon 🍋 •1 tbsp honey •1-2 tbsp poppy seeds •milk wash on top Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl, then kneed the dough for around 5-10 minutes. Cover the dough and let it proof for 1 hour. Divide into 6 equal pieces and shape into bagels.🥯 Place the bagels onto a lined tray and cover for 15-20 minutes. Boil a pot of water with honey and salt, then boil the bagels for 30 seconds on each side.
