@jaclyntaylor02: I received this product for free for my honest review. Actually works really great other than the part where the grease or dripping tray is the pieces were broken when I received it I still set the tray underneath and it still did its job. This does gear up fairly quickly and was quiet too. I love that this is portable which is great for any trips to take along. I love that this holds up to 4 sandwiches and gives the perfect amount of toastiness.
