@caughtby5o: On March 24, 2026, an 8-year-old boy with autism went missing near Steve Reynolds Boulevard in Gwinnett County. Knowing he was drawn to water, officers and community members searched quickly. Master Police Officer J. Serrano heard crying from a bridge and, along with a civilian, rushed into the water — finding the child clinging to a branch. He was safely rescued, reunited with his family, and taken to the hospital with no serious injuries. 💙 A moment where seconds truly mattered. #PoliceRescue #MissingChild #HeroMoment #FirstResponders #Community
