Props on being an excellent supervisor and trainer. 👊🏼 1) Letting them try their work without staring / stressing them. 2) Leaving space for the possibility that they may do a fine job the first time, or they may need instruction. 3) Not blaming them for training taking extra time. (That’s a HUGE one). 4) Maintaining a great attitude and positive work environment throughout. Culture cred is 💯.
