Liberals are not the main character nor will they ever be. Their role is to be the side characters in the revolution. The point for comrades to go to NKD is to build mass organization around the labor and anti war movements. NKD is for comrades to agitate to the masses not waste time lecturing old boomers about Marxism.

LA No Kings is about it too. Passively complaining that it’s too lib won’t make your local No Kings protest less lib. It’s up to us as socialists to meet the people where they’re at and make connections and build revolutionary infrastructure beyond the protest!

My town’s NoKings invited every single org except PSL because at the last one we talked about Palestine along with other systemic issues and how the democrats are not the solution, socialism is. So this time we invited ourselves! We weren’t allowed on the mic, but all the other orgs shouted us out as the real ones organizing and protecting our community. Had a few people come up to me personally to thank me for speaking out about Palestine, Cuba, and Iran because none of the Democrats on the mic made a single mention of them.
