I have a suggestion that I think would be great to pass along to everyone if you haven’t already. Save all your vegetable “leftovers” like the onion skins, garlic skins bits of carrots, etc throw together in freezer, when you get a gallon bag size full, put into instant pot with some seasoning, water. You will have the best tasting vegetable stock for free. I call it turning trash into cash.

I just wanted to comment that you have helped me so much, I was living in a rv on a lot that I could afford and live comfortably, and then my sister became unhoused and she came and stayed with me and it was fine because the rv had 2 rooms , but after 5 years the rv started falling apart and a incident happened with it that forced us out and into a bigger place and actual home , but it put more pressure on me financially and budgeting food has been hard and your content has helped me get through and I wanted to thank you for sharing it has helped people..
