No. It’s coffee. But it’s fun and you probably won’t regret it. But coffee is always gonna taste like coffee. The whip tastes like delicious whip cream/ frosting hybrid and sits on top. Yummy for sure but it tastes like frosting on top of a regular latte. But it’s fun to have the experience.

People saying “as a local no” suck they’re just annoyed w the overall tourism but yes 100% the syrups are house made, the nitro itself is so smooth, food is good and Audrey is such a gem!!!

as a local who just went today: imo YES. but like,, don’t be weird? only saying this bc people not from around here seem to forget that they’re walking into someone’s place of employment and not a zoo,, they were rating it poorly bc “the workers weren’t super friendly”…. Babes if you had been working in an environment where HUNDREDS of people come through by 10am on a slow day I DOUBT you’d be all sunshine and rainbows too. My latte was OUT OF THIS WORLD good, the playlist in the coffee shop was fire, the workers were friendly, and I will 100% be going again.

Come to RI, not for nitro bar, but for the 100s of other independently owned coffee shops in the state. One thing RI has is a food and drink scene unlike other states. We have so many independently owned shops and restaurants. Also we have over 400 miles of coastline. Providence has a great art scene. We’re more than Newport and nitro bar.

Yes, as someone who flew there from out of state. There caramelized banana latte and pizza bagel are something I think about daily and will be flying back to get again this summer.

As someone who went multiple times a week for 2 years, the quality has declined slightly and the prices are absurd. However, it’s still a great treat and definitely an experience

it’s so overrated😭 you’re waiting in like for 20-30 minutes then you’re spending like 20+ dollars for 2 mediocre coffees, food is bland as well but i do have to admit the name just makes me better lol but it’s rly just any other coffee shop

As someone who lives nearby it’s honestly worth it if you live in the area, if you plan on visiting RI make sure to check out other places too don’t just come for coffee lol
