@charlenejamesshunmugum: Alkaline shot...I cannot overemphasize the importance of being in an alkaline state in order for your body to be able to fight disease. Bicarb is a cheap alternative to get your health on track and contrary to popular belief that lemons are acidic they are actually alkaline in nature.
