@chat_n_chops: Step-by-step way how to confit garlic and tomato. We are making bruschetta. Easy recipe, beginner friendly. Cooking 101. Appetizer idea, ideas great for company #chefmoe #cooking #Foodie #bruschetta #tiktokchef
its far off from.the traditional. it shouldn't be called the same thing. the traditional method is made to be fresh and somewhat healthy. this blurs the line. sooo much salt and granulated garlic? you're never supposed to use pepper in this either. plus the amount of oil! holy hello! stop! the real traditional way, the garlic comes from room temp, and the toasted bread acts like sandpaper as you rub the garlic accross it. no need for anything else.

You know what's crazy, if I walked into a restaurant or someone's house or whatever, and I saw that already put together sitting around to eat I wouldn't go near it, watching you craft that from start to finish had me frothing at the mouth. Great Job Chef, once again THANK YOU for your service.

Love your videos Chef. What’s your advice on granulated garlic vs. garlic powder? Any difference? I notice you use, or at least call it granulated garlic when you sprinkle in.

You had me up to the point where you drizzled balsamic on it. If I go to a restaurant and they add anything that distinctive and it’s not on the menu. Back it goes.
