Would love to considered for the helping hand. Welcomed our second baby on Thursday and he has a rare heart condition so we’re now splitting our days between toddler at home and NICU with him which is over an hours drive. Been such an emotional and stressful time. Will pay it forward when we’re in a better position.

This is so kind - would love to be considered. Our 4 year old boy has an incurable terminal condition, we travel 600km every week just to be able to access his treatment as that's the only option for us at this stage. We live in country Vic, his infusions are in Melbourne. The cost of general living plus fuel and everything else in between has been incredibly challenging 🥺💜

As a farmers wife… did you know under the emergency liquid fuel act . Farmers and truck drivers do not get allocated fuel. They are not classed as ‘essential users’ it shocks me and scares us! How does the government not realise those are the 2 essential people to supply and feed this country! I am also a nurse and have to drive 70+km daily to get to town to work. And have been spending $300-$350 a week. Just to get to work to make ends meet for our children 🥺🥺 it’s incredibly scary!

I would love to be considered, I recently had to change my kids school for them to attend the same school as my cousins daughter as she has been diagnosed with stage 4 cancer just at the age of 30 , we now travel 20/30 mins to school just to make this happen as my mum and I are her only support as her mom (my aunty ) passed 5 years ago and we lost our nan over a year ago , and I am down to my last little bit of fuel and I drive diesel and it’s $3.25 where I am so a full tank would help so much right now , I am also a mum of 5 💗

Fuel crisis is ridiculous 😥😥 as a support worker for the elderly (uses a lot of petrol of my own driving my elderly around and it’s a struggle at the moment) this is truely so beautiful, I’m so glad it was her that you chose ❤️❤️❤️

What a beautiful gesture! I would love to be able to gift my sister in law who is a single parent of 3 kids with a not very supportive co parent. She is a support worker and is struggling with the cost of fuel and getting to work each day, I know it would make her day 💕

A few years ago I was getting my nails done and a little old lady came in to get hers done too. I left and paid for both of us. I didn’t see her reaction but I ran to my car and just sobbed haha I have no idea why!

“It’s only .50c bla bla bla” like okay I’m putting in my weekly fuel allowance of fuel and not being able to leave my house other than school drop off and pick up 😭 it’s insanity the other day I took my daughter to the hospital on dead empty and prayed we even made it home. Some people just don’t get it
