It’s not their fault!! GPS has a separate navigation that sends them to the wrong house. Make sure you have numbers and lights on.

This isn't funny sorry. We need to complain because twice I never got my food and they kept my $30. Their driver support was acting as if they didn't care and was actually acting sarcastic towards me.

I did this once. I delivered it to what I thought it was 2121 but I delivered it to 2127. The ones and the sevens look so much alike. I did feel bad though, but she got her stuff.

This has happened to me a few times. I live in an apartment complex and my neighbors received my order and they have a doorbell camera. I showed my phone with the delivery pic to their camera and said “Sorry, my order was delivered here by mistake 🥲.” A previous apartment I lived at, same thing but wrong building. When I walked up the stairs to their front door, the guy living there opened the door and asked why was I there and he seemed annoyed 😑! I explained politely what happened and he said oh ok. He said he was wondering why a bag of food was all of a sudden on his chair outside. I felt so stupid 🤦🏼♀️and embarrassed!

You should be able to go in and change the pin for your address so it’s more precise. If we aren’t close it will pop and tell us we aren’t at the right house. We can bypass it which is probably what happened here but they’re cracking down on that and making you call sometimes now. Unfortunately it’s a driver error you can put the best notes and there’s a picture of a previous successful delivery showing where it was left but if they don’t care they don’t care
