This is known as stage 2. Stage 1 = Saturday night out, hungover Sunday, no win. Stage 2 = Friday out, lose Saturday to a hangover, Sunday good. Stage 3 = Friday wine (2/3 glasses) at home, Saturday day drinking from 3, home for 10:30 with a cuppa, Sunday feels fine. It’s a live and learn thing 😁
