@nepalifood24: 🌸 𝑮𝒖𝒏𝒅𝒓𝒖𝒌 & 𝑩𝒉𝒂𝒕𝒎𝒂𝒔 🌸 : : : 🥬 Ingredients • 1 cup gundruk (dried fermented leafy greens) • ½ cup bhatmas (soybeans) • 2 tbsp oil • 1 tsp cumin seeds • 1 onion (finely chopped) • 1–2 red chilies (optional) • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste • 1 tomato (chopped) • ½ tsp turmeric powder • Salt to taste • 2–3 cups water . Corn flour • Fresh coriander leaves (for garnish) 🍳 Instructions 1. Prepare Gundruk • Wash gundruk thoroughly. • Soak it in warm water for 10–15 minutes, then squeeze out excess water. 2. Cook Bhatmas - lightly fry boiled soybeans until slightly crispy for extra flavor. 3. Temper the spices • Heat oil in a pan. • Add cumin seeds and let them turn dark (not burnt). 4. Cook base • Add chopped onion and sauté until golden. 5. Add tomatoes & spices • Add tomato, turmeric, chili powder, and salt. • Cook until soft and oil separates. 6. Add gundruk & bhatmas • Add gundruk and soybeans. • Mix well with the मसाला. 7. Simmer • Add corn flour water (adjust depending on how soupy you like it). • Let it simmer for 10–15 minutes so flavors combine. 8.
