@lizzie.galassini: I don’t know about for you, but I put a lot of pressure on myself to perform and meet a certain criteria. A lot of times I don’t mean it. I feel like I failed. I feel like I can’t say I’m a Christian when I’m not following Jesus perfectly. What a lie that is! The point is that we cannot perform to the highest standard. That’s why Jesus came and died for us. That’s the whole point of the gospel. I was reminding myself of this this morning that I need to stop putting so much pressure on myself to perform a certain way.I hope someone’s reading this and realizes the same thing! Jesus has already done what you could not.
