Cafe Mexico in Westminster. They’re only open m-f from like 6-2 or something but it’s the best breakfast burrito around. They have whole fried eggs instead of scrambled and diced potatoes.

I know u we’re doing breakfast burritos but next time ur at Taco D’s get the beef steak burrito with onions and salsa on the inside. It’s amazing!
