he is doing a funeral escort wich alows him to use his own vehicle with police lights and decals, and in fact most funeral police escorters are actually cops but are just working a side hustle to make extra money, and he's is not directing traffic hes blocking the intersection so that the escort and other "police" cars can go through, not only this but it allows officers to customize there own police cars because they aren't allowed to do so to there regular police cars they use on duty because they can be sued for tampering with a company issued vehicle, i know this because my dad works in the same line of duty and i go on ride alongs with him while he's doing this

Having similar colors to a police bike and a similar outfit don't count as impersonation. If he had an actual traffic uniform and the bike was able to pass as a police motorcycle, that would be impersonation. and secondly, there should have been a cruiser and an actual police officer there to direct traffic. When that light went out, the fact that cop was more concerned with arresting and dealing with the guy that was actually making the effort to direct traffic. Rather than try and get traffic moving again shows the police don't have public safety as first priority.Anymore
