This is gone beyond the point of filing a complaint! An unlawful arrest is an unofficial act against you, which clearly means they could be prosecuted for any unofficial act regardless of their immunity! We clearly learned this in Trump vs United States! A Supreme Court ruling on presidential immunity! Any unofficial act is prosecutable, at any time violating somebody’s rights is clearly an unofficial act according to the constitution and your state constitution as well the constitution they have a duty to uphold, which would also be a violation there of which is also an unofficial act against you! Their immunity only goes so far under the color of law! And frankly, they were briefs on law the majority officers in this entire nation don’t even understand the law they enforce which creates a huge problem, not only for them personally for violating people’s rights they can be sued personally, but for the taxpayer because they’re the one paying for this in high insurance and they’re the one paying for these lawsuits and they’re the ones paying for everything including their wages let’s not forget these tyrants work for us. Why are they justifying trafficking the American people because clearly if it was just about the traffic ticket, they could’ve mailed that goddamn thing to you so in reality they didn’t even have probable caused to pull you over in the first place which they clearly need for a lawful justification in a court of law! And you’re not gonna find a member of the bar that talks like that either so at some point, the people need to start learning the law so we can stand against these goddamn tyrants violating the American people‘s rights because if you don’t understand what they’re doing the court’s, not gonna tell you this either they’re gonna make that money. Why do you think it’s designed this way? It’s called trafficking, I don’t care how they justify it. Common sense tells you that.
