I swear since January ive been sick 8 times have the worst sinus infection right now on day 6 no health insurance so im just dealing I had a chest cold few weeks ago I never used to get sick now im in my 40s and im sick all the time ugh

bless you....in between wiping yr nose use vasaline especially when at home and at night...yes it does wipe off each time but soothes and moisturises it...having them noodles tonight with sliced proper chicken delicious 😋 xxx

You get ill quite a bit, and I’m just gonna tell you this and you’re gonna think I’m a crazy old woman, but….. you need at your age to start washing your fruits and vegetables because they’re filthy. They’re full of pesticides they’re full of being handled by hands that haven’t been washed after they crap and pee by hundreds of people guaranteed you wouldn’t be sick as much.

I almost wonder if you have some type of allergies. I didn’t get allergies until I was almost 50! My eyes do that same thing and runny nose etc but I found out it’s allergies and sinus issues. It’s the right time of year for allergies. Just a thought
