Girl idk if you tried this or not but the Dove acne clear body wash helped my chest and back acne a lot, it is scented though.

after years of trying everything for my chest acne I needed to completely stop all products like lotions, serums, soaps and switch laundry detergent wear loose cotton clothes and clean sheets and pillow cases regularly

tea tree oil face wash for a week straight day and night i had bad chest and back acne and i washed it with tea tree oil for my nose piercing also because it was about to keloid so it helps
