this is not repairing the tv,this is replacing the old board with a new board. repairing the tv is when you replace the faulty parts on the old board and getting it to work.

Why I had I a vizo tv for like 6 years and it started tweaking and I search up others tvs just fine and barley broken with not lot of problems when I search up vizo tv there bunch of broken ones

Just replace these capacitors... it's much cheaper than replacing the motherboard.
