Dean was correct in feeling betrayed but Sam wasn't entirely at fault either. I believe Dean knew that, but it was more of, "I know you didn't HAVE to look for me, but why didn't you?" he was probably more hurt and thought that because he didn't have to, Sam didn't try/want to look for him.

Okay it’s not entirely Sam’s fault, Dean did tell him to move on, HOWEVER Sam didn’t even try to look for Dean, he knew that if you get stuck in another dimension there’s a way back, but he didn’t even try. Dean would give up everything to look and find Sam

honestly speaking i feel i’m on more of deans side because dean was only ever taught family first no matter what. sam was taught that even family can betray you or hurt you even if they have good intentions which is why dean would do anything and everything to not loose sam and sam would rather let things play out and alter things
