His comment about the fallen police memorial came along after he was told he wasn't detained but was then grabbed and escorted up to the truck, told to keep his hands on the hood, and had his pocket searched and his ID removed. All because the cameraman asserted the rights afforded him by the Bill of Rights.

and this is why I think u should have to have a higher level of education than the 10th grade, required to be law enforcement. an pass a mental evaluation, just like in the military. an if u have tyrannical tendencies or power tripping traits u shouldnt be able to even apply
