So Hi. Geologist here! what you have there is a unique soil. Its called liquifaction and it happens when you have a very saturated cohesive soil. IE sandy elastic silt/sandy silt/sandy lean clay. Its only as unsafe as its stability otherwise its really not a big deal. Now as for fixing it theres a couple different ways to fix it. 1. you can add density to the soil by backfilling with some dense stones. (expensive but fast) 2. you can do your best to remove it all and then just backfill it with soil. (cheap but laborious)

You need to stretch it and fold it. Do that three times then let it rest for 30 mins, repeat three times then roll it out. Top with sauce, cheese, and any additional toppings your heart desires; pepperoni, basil, pineapple, chicken, olives. Bake at 450 for 20 mins.
