i hate these sobriety tests. 2 years ago i spent mother's Day night in jail because they said i failed a sobriety test. i had a brain tumor and had equilibrium issues. i even did the breath test and the cop wouldnt show me what i blew because i knew i blew a 0. It was a horrible night. I was humiliated and made to feel like a criminal when i did nothing wrong but speeding. And that, they kept getting on my ass and then backing up several times, like young teenagers will do. so i sped up to get away from them. "late at night, couldnt see". Ultimately, the judge threw the whole case out cause the cop was just on a power trip. And just fyi, i wasn't one of those that was combative or refused ID. Cops, do better. cause some of us aren't criminals.
